Oregano is said to be:
Therefore this year, besides dehydrating it and using it as a spice, I am also making a tincture that is said to have antibiotic properties. You just fill a jar with oregano and cover it with alcohol of at least 40%. The higher the better. I am using grain brandy this time.

- Magenstärkend
- ein Tonikum
- und mehr
Deshalb trockne ich ihn in diesem Jahr nicht nur als Gewürz, sondern mache auch eine Tinktur, der man antibiotische Eigenschaften nachsagt. Man füllt einfach ein Glas mit Oregano und bedeckt es mit mindestens 40%igem Alkohol. Je stärker, desto besser. Ich verwende diesmal Doppelkorn.
