Essig selber machen

Meist mache ich Apfelessig, aber diesmal haben nur die vom Baum gefallenen Äpfel nicht gereicht. Und: ich habe auch keine echte Essigmutter mehr, also es geht von vorne los ... Also:

Mehl und Angst? Na ja ...

Immerhin habe ich heute 2 kg Vollkornmehl und 3 Würfel Hefe bekommen - damit kann ich einmal Pizza (Mehl dafür habe ich schon da) und zweimal Brot machen - reicht eine Woche - nu denn ...
